Cricket Celebration Bowl ChestPound

A chest pound is a fun way to describe a video case study that highlights a major success. In this case, ARGO was launching as the social agency of record for Cricket Wireless with its first activation: the Cricket Celebration Bowl. This event, the first bowl game of the season, celebrates HBCU football and culture.

As the Head of Content, I conceptualized all the content and developed a war room strategy for same-day capture, approvals, and posting. I then led a team of two content creators to the Celebration Bowl, where we filmed, edited, and posted eight pieces of content throughout the weekend.

Our approach combined pieces we were able to produce before hand, on-the-ground content capture, strategic influencer partnerships, and collaborations with HBCU students to create a diverse range of native content. The results exceeded client expectations, delivering a strong start to Cricket’s 2025 content strategy.

Cricket Celebration Bowl Content Capture | HBCU Students

These three pieces are the result of a collaboration between HBCU students and Cricket Wireless, designed to authentically highlight the spirit and culture of HBCU football. After pitching the concept to the client, my team at ARGO led the full production process—from filming to editing—ensuring each piece was optimized for social media engagement. By leveraging student perspectives alongside Cricket’s brand presence, we created content that resonated deeply with the audience and exceeded client expectations.

Cricket Wireless x WWE

Cricket Wireless’ partnership with WWE brings exclusive opportunities to engage fans through social content. Our goal is to highlight WWE, its passionate fanbase, and how Cricket Wireless provides exclusive access to the action.

As part of this collaboration, we've produced a series of interviews, partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of America, and launched sweepstakes that have driven millions of shares, views, and new followers. By combining strategic content creation with community-driven initiatives, we've successfully amplified Cricket's presence within the WWE universe.

Cricket Wirless | Always On

A key component of any company’s always-on strategy is consistently engaging content. As part of our content mix, we’ve been developing social series that tap into relatable trends and niche communities.

Every piece ladders up to a Cricket Nation larger strategy—highlighting audience passion points while seamlessly integrating conversations around mobile behavior. Our goal is to create entertaining, always-on content that not only resonates with our audience but also drives key business objectives, ensuring Cricket Wireless remains top-of-mind in a way that feels natural and engaging.
